Manufacturers of high-performance memories are for some time now very careful to match, if possible, two opposing demands: firstly to ensure the highest performance possible, and provide other memories that have a high capacity.
If until a few months ago it was difficult to have memory modules with a capacity of 4 GB per couple. Now several manufacturers are offering solutions in this capacity that can provide valuable benefits with conservative timings and high clock frequencies.

The American Patriot showed at Cebit memory modules DDR3-1333 from 4 GB of capacity torque, and this solution combines voltage of 1.7 V with timings of 7-7-7-20, using a passive cooling system that provides some cooling fins placed at the top of the form.
Design is very similar to this second set of memories, which include the technical earlier but thanks to a supply voltage of 1.9V can ensure the proper functioning until the clock frequency of 1,600 MHz.
